VERTEX pistons are manufactured from special aluminum alloys LOW-EX ( low expansion )and silicon filled with different percentages according to applications and uses.The pistons are then subjected to coating with Molybdenum Bisulfide in order to facilitate the break-in period and reduce friction with the cylinder.
