Inimitable performance:
1. Demulsive:
Estr Strongly hydrophobic. It separates quickly and does not mix with water, therefore it does not emulsify in the presence of humidity from condensation or due to accidental leaks of water from under the oil seals. This feature allows the performance of the fluid itself to be kept unchanged.
2. Antifoam:
Not only does the fluid have anti-foam characteristics by its nature (it does not generate air bubbles during operation), but it works as an additive, destroying any micro foams that form
3. High viscosity index
:L t The suspension calibration remains unchanged both when the oil is cold and very hot after long racing sessions. Especially in the mono shock absorber. The viscosity index is a very important factor in shock absorber fluids, as the more the fluid remains stable as temperatures vary (therefore it does not increase or decrease in volume), the more stable the shock absorbers will have calibration (especially in the mono shock absorber where the oil rises significantly in temperature)
4. Pour point.
The resistance to freezing, therefore the resistance to the thickening of the fluid at low temperatures, aggravates the fluidity, compromising its characteristics. This fluid, with a pour point down to -60 °C, is substantially high-performance without compromising calibration even in operating conditions at -10 °C.
5. Smoothness.
The polarity of the molecule generates a "magnet" effect in the materials, this offers a safer lubricating film. It is a natural condition which, in addition to improving smoothness, acts as a protectant/anti-rust, as a micro film always remains adherent to the components.
6. Long Life.
Antioxidant by nature. In addition to the additive package added as an antioxidant, the nature of the saturated type fluid offers excellent resistance to oxidation due to contact with oxygen and temperature changes. This ensures that the performance of the product does not deteriorate even after long uses. It is considered extremely long-lasting, as the product remains perfectly functional for more than twice as long as normal suspension fluids.
7. Fireproof.
Fluid with a high flame point, but above all with self-extinguishing performance. The nature of the molecule of this ester is capable, compared to oil petrol standards, of not fueling flames, safe in the case of use in very high temperature shock absorbers.
8. Anti-wear.
Additives designed and balanced to improve anti-wear performance, thus extending the life of the rods, guides and sliding bushings.
9. Compatible with mineral oils.
It can therefore be used as a replacement for any oil on the market even without washing the shock absorbers well, used in addition, or better yet used internally to improve other paraffin/mineral type oils.
10. Compatibility with all elastomers on the market (rubbers, o-rings and oil seals, especially in electromechanical mechanisms) remain unaffected. It therefore offers protection and maintenance of the functionality of the oil seals/oil seals.
11. Biodegradable.
The use of synthetic esters of plant origin makes the product completely biodegradable, therefore facilitating its disposal after replacement.
