Where is the WD racing store located?

We are located in Saronno (VA) Italy. We also have another store inside the motocross track in Dorno (PV)

Which couriers are used for shipments?

The couriers we rely on for shipments are FEDEX and DPD. The courier used, unless otherwise specified, varies depending on the destination and content.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, Paypal, Scalapay, Klarna, bank transfer.

Does WDracing protect data transmission?

Yes. We use protection and encryption technologies to ensure that sensitive data is protected from any attack.

How can I check if an item is in stock?

After selecting the size of the item you wish to purchase, the site will display the words “Available” for items in stock. Otherwise, the working days required to procure the product will be indicated.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If the item is in stock, shipping will take place within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the item is not in our warehouse, the estimated shipping date will be indicated in the cart before completing the order. We will send a shipping confirmation email as soon as the goods are available.

How can I get information on the size?

For most products, you can find general information on sizes; the table is located next to the size list. For additional information, it may be useful to consult the manufacturer's official page.

How can I make a return?

Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you can make a return request directly from the site. From your account, select the order you want to return from the Returns list: fill out the return request and consult the Returns Policy to learn more about the procedures.

Are the return fees charged to the customer?

 

The customer can choose to send the return material himself by the mode he prefers or we can send a Fedex return label. In this case The return costs are 20€.

Can I change the size?

Yes. If the item purchased has a minimum value of €100, making it eligible for free shipping, you can request an exchange for a different size of the same product. The procedure is the same as for returns.

What if the size I am looking for for an exchange is out of stock?

If the size you want is not available in the list, we can only proceed with the refund.

You can request a price check on the item page. Click on "Report it to us", fill out the form and wait for the email confirming the request.

How can I place an order?

The order must be placed online. Add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout by entering your billing and shipping information, then select the payment method. It is not possible to place orders by phone.
