Description

TBF PERFORMANCE is a specialized Italian company that exclusively manufactures high-performance silicone hoses for all types of engines.

The hoses are handcrafted in Italy using the finest raw materials.

To ensure a superior product, great care is taken in the construction of the molds, all made exclusively of steel, perfectly fitted, and surface-finished: they guarantee a flawless finish on the inner surfaces of the tubes, without wrinkles or reductions in effective diameter (constrictions)—defects typical of other, more economical production processes (hot bending, joining sections with fittings).

Each tube is then reinforced by wrapping it with a special silicone material bonded to three layers of high-strength nylon mesh.

Before final vulcanization, it is wrapped by hand with a special colored finishing tape that gives the sleeve a glossy appearance.
