The ProLine range was developed over 18 months of rigorous testing in the United States, South Africa and Europe. These new filters let riders race with complete peace of mind even in the most extreme conditions. Like all FunnelWeb filters, the ProLine range features a single layer of foam with a pyramid structure that doubles the filtering surface while keeping the same dimensions as the original filters. The ProLine filter traps dirt such as dust, sand or mud on the outermost layer of the foam, ensuring optimal airflow for better engine performance and protection. In addition to cleaner air, the double filtering surface allows longer intervals between cleanings. Fewer cleanings mean less stress on the filter, longer product life and lower oil consumption, saving money and being kinder to the environment.

A single layer of single-density polyurethane foam makes cleaning easier because dirt particles do not penetrate as deeply as in dual-layer filters, and it keeps its original shape even after many cleanings. In conclusion, FunnelWeb filters offer greater protection from dirt, longer intervals between cleanings, and ensure consistent airflow even when dirty after several hours of use.
