Description

The helmet shell is constructed using highly advanced moulding technology with a pre-preg composite construction that offers improved mechanical performance with an ultra-light overall weight.

The result of the unique shell layering process used in the construction of the S-M7 translates into extremely effective impact protection. The S-M7 offers linear and oblique impact performance that significantly exceeds current helmet regulation standards.

Specific rotational impact protection is provided by the combination of the internal shape and specific EPS liner, coupled with a specially developed surface in the comfort liner. This specific lining technology, patented by Alpinestars, reduces the rotational acceleration transmitted to the rider's head: the S-M7 helmet exceeds the new ECE 22.06 standard for peak rotational acceleration by 76%.
