Description

TBF PERFORMANCE è un’azienda italiana specializzata, che produce esclusivamente manicotti siliconici ad alte prestazioni per ogni tipo di motore.
I manicotti sono costruiti artigianalmente in Italia utilizzando le migliori materie prime.
Per poter ottenere un prodotto superiore, viene posta molta cura nella realizzazione degli stampi, tutti esclusivamente in acciaio, perfettamente raccordati e rifiniti superficialmente: essi garantiscono un’esecuzione perfetta delle superfici interne dei tubi, senza grinzature o riduzioni di diametro utile (restringimenti) difetti tipici di altri processi produttivi più economici (curvatura a caldo, giunzione di spezzoni con raccordi).
Ogni tubo viene poi rinforzato, avvolgendo uno speciale silicone accoppiato con tre strati di rete di nylon ad alta resistenza.
Prima della vulcanizzazione finale, viene avvolto, a mano, con un apposito nastro di rifinitura colorato che dona un aspetto lucido al manicotto.
Grazie a tale procedimento i manicotti TBF PERFORMANCE offrono caratteristiche tecniche impressionanti (temperatura d’esercizio da –60°C a +260° C; pressione d’esercizio di oltre 4 bar; spessore 4,5 mm) ed un look estremamente racing.
