Description

TBF PERFORMANCE is a specialized Italian company that exclusively manufactures high-performance silicone hoses for every type of engine.
The hoses are handcrafted in Italy using the finest raw materials.
To achieve a superior product, great care is taken in making the molds, all exclusively in steel, perfectly blended and surface-finished: they guarantee a perfect finish of the inner surfaces of the hoses, without wrinkles or reductions in usable diameter (narrowing), defects typical of other cheaper production processes (hot bending, joining sections with fittings).
Each hose is then reinforced by wrapping it with a special silicone coupled with three layers of high-strength nylon mesh.
Before the final vulcanization, it is hand-wrapped with a special colored finishing tape that gives the hose a glossy look.
Thanks to this process, TBF PERFORMANCE hoses offer impressive technical characteristics (operating temperature from –60°C to +260° C; operating pressure of over 4 bar; thickness 4.5 mm) and an extremely racing look.
