NATIONAL: First 450 podium for Haiden Deegan

Haiden Deegan’s third place overall at Hangtown was a great result, especially considering he is still at the start of his career in the 450 class. At the start of the summer, many eyes were on him to see how quickly he would adapt to the bigger bike and the more competitive 450 class. At Hangtown, he answered many of those questions by finishing 3-3 in the two races and securing a place on the overall podium, behind only Jett and Hunter Lawrence. It wasn’t an easy race, as he had to fight his way back in the second race after a poor start, but he kept battling and managed to secure third place. For a rookie in the 450 class, it’s a remarkable result, demonstrating that Deegan isn’t just learning the ropes of the top category, but is already establishing himself amongst the best.
