Marvin Musquin has made his mark on international motocross, winning world titles in MX2 and establishing himself as one of the leading figures in Supercross and the American National series.
Marvin Musquin has built one of the most successful international careers of his generation, initially making his mark in Europe before becoming a fixture on the American Supercross and motocross circuits. Born in La Réole, France, Musquin won two consecutive FIM MX2 World Championships in 2009 and 2010, racking up 14 MX2 Grand Prix victories in the process. He then moved to the United States with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team, where he spent the rest of his professional career in the AMA. Musquin won the AMA 250SX East championship in 2015 and finished second in the 250 Pro Motocross championship that same year. After making the permanent move up to the 450 class, he became a consistent title contender. Musquin finished second in the 2018 450SX Championship and came second in the 450 Pro Motocross standings in both 2017 and 2018. He also finished third in the outdoor championships in 2016 and 2019. Throughout his career in the AMA’s premier class, Musquin has claimed ten 450SX Main Event victories and nine overall wins in the 450 Pro Motocross. His most recent 450SX victory came in St. Louis in 2022, a season in which he finished fourth in the championship. His last AMA Supercross race took place at Anaheim 1 in 2023, where he finished twelfth before a wrist injury forced him to miss the rest of the season.
