For the fourth year running, Dutch fans will flock to Arnhem hoping to see some of their favourites triumph in the Grand Prix classes, and they will be particularly keen to see whether the undisputed best Dutch motocross rider, Jeffrey Herlings, can continue his winning streak at this circuit. After a crash during practice that ruled him out of the inaugural GP at this circuit in 2023, ‘The Bullet’ has lived up to his nickname by winning all three races contested on every race weekend since then. In the 18 Grand Prix races held in his home country, the five-time world champion has won 16, with 31 victories in the Sunday races out of 35 starts. The FIM Women’s Motocross World Championship resumes this weekend, with the battle for top spot incredibly tight between Kiara Fontanesi on her GASGAS for the FontaMX Racing team and last year’s Arnhem winner, Daniela Guillen, on her GASGAS for the RFME Spain team. Just two points separate the pair, with the Italian wearing the red leader’s number for the first time since September 2018, when she clinched her last World Title.
