Tomac set for comeback: Spring Creek National in his sights.
Great news for Eli Tomac. The four-time 450MX champion will be back on track this weekend at the Spring Creek National, the seventh round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship. Tomac suffered a neck injury during the first race of the Pro Motocross season in May. He has been sidelined ever since, with no clear indication of when he would be able to return to racing. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team has now confirmed that the American has recovered and is ready to return to racing. The 32-year-old will line up at the Spring Creek National; following the race in Minnesota, the championship will continue with the Washougal National on 25 July, before a short summer break. The series will resume on 15 August with the Unadilla National.
