Suzuki unveils the new 2027 RM-Z 450 and 250

The bikes have undergone updates aimed at improving comfort, handling and race performance. Both the RM-Z450 and the RM-Z250 benefit from significant updates to the chassis, suspension, wheels, tyres and exhaust to refine the track riding experience. The 2027 Suzuki RM-Z450 features several updates focused on comfort, handling and overall performance. Suzuki has added new suspension components, updated chassis elements, a revised air intake system, new wheels and tyres, and a new exhaust silencer to improve the riding feel and track performance. For the 250, Suzuki has updated the KYB suspension settings, fitted RK Excel rims, equipped the bike with Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 tyres and included a new exhaust silencer designed to comply with current noise regulations.

RMZ450: 

• New KYB front and rear suspension.
• Lightweight upper fork mount.
• RK Excel wheels for improved chassis feel and more precise feedback to the rider.
• Revised air filter outlet for improved intake efficiency and quicker throttle response.
• New multi-layer exhaust silencer compliant with 2026 AMA and FIM noise regulations.

RMZ250: 

• Updated settings for the KYB coil-spring fork and rear shock absorber.
• Fully adjustable rear spring preload and damping force.
