Aaron Plessinger returns to Pro Motocross: the KTM rider is ready for Unadilla

The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team has confirmed that the American rider has recovered sufficiently from his coccyx injury to compete in the final three races of the season. Plessinger was injured at RedBud, where he crashed at the first corner of the opening 450cc heat. He sustained an injury after being struck by his footpeg during the crash, which forced him to miss the subsequent rounds. Earlier this season, Plessinger achieved his best result of the year with a fifth-place finish at High Point. With three rounds still to go, he will be looking to finish the outdoor season on a high note before turning his attention to the Monster Energy SMX World Championship play-offs. The American rider has also been linked with a possible move to Triumph Racing for the 2027 season.
