This weekend, Webb will make his debut on the Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition at the famous international event, representing the US for the fourth time in his career at the MXoN.

Cooper Webb changes teams: his move to Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Monster Energy Tedder Husqvarna is now official

Team Tedder’s entry into Husqvarna Mobility North America’s official racing programme marks a new chapter for both organisations, which will compete in the 450SX class of the 17-round Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, starting with Anaheim 1 in early January, before moving on to the final round of the Monster Energy SMX World Championship this coming September. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC – Monster Energy – Team Tedder – Husqvarna has signed Webb to a multi-year contract, pairing him with Team Tedder rider Justin Hill. The deal will give Webb and Hill the opportunity to compete internationally, with the team’s support. Here is what Webb had to say.

“I’m really excited about the future. Team Tedder and his whole family have given me an amazing opportunity to race on my own terms and build a programme that I believe can challenge for championships. I think it will be the perfect balance between a family-like environment and the competitiveness needed to win. This weekend I’ll be making my debut on the Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition for Team USA at the Motocross of Nations. It will be my first time riding a Husqvarna, but it gives me a lot of confidence to be back on a bike with which I’ve enjoyed so much success throughout my career. Early in my career, Roger De Coster and his entire team helped me turn my 450 career around, so it’s a special moment to be able to count on their support once again at this next stage of my career. I’m still full of determination and motivated to get back to the top.”
