Pro Motocross, Washougal: Davies wins the 250 class, Hunter Lawrence takes the 450 class.
Haiden Deegan took the holeshot in the first race but crashed early on. This allowed Jett Lawrence to take the lead and win the race ahead of his brother Hunter Lawrence and Jorge Prado. Deegan made an impressive recovery to finish fourth, whilst Dylan Ferrandis crossed the line in fifth place. Hunter Lawrence took the holeshot in the second race and was immediately put under pressure by Jett Lawrence. Hunter managed to fend off the attack, securing the race win. Jett crashed in the closing stages, losing valuable time. Despite a final attempt to fight his way back up the field, he was unable to overtake his brother. After the race, Jett was penalised for re-entering the track in a dangerous and irregular manner following his crash. Consequently, Haiden Deegan was promoted to second place, whilst Jett was classified third. Jorge Prado and Dylan Ferrandis finished fourth and fifth respectively. Thanks to his 2-1 finishes, Hunter Lawrence secured the overall victory. Jett Lawrence had to settle for second place, whilst Haiden Deegan completed the podium in third.
In the first race of the 250 class, immediately after the start, a massive crash occurred at the first corner, involving most of the riders. Championship leader Levi Kitchen was also caught up in it. Cole Davies capitalised on the chaos, took the lead and secured an unchallenged victory. Ryder DiFrancesco finished second, followed by Chance Hymas, Daxton Bennick and Carson Mumford. Davies also stood out in the second race. DiFrancesco took the holeshot, but Davies fought his way back from fifth place, immediately taking control of the race. From there, he managed the gap flawlessly, securing his second win of the day. DiFrancesco finished second once again, ahead of Hymas, Mumford and Julien Beaumer. With a perfect score of 1-1, Davies claimed a clear overall victory, significantly reducing the gap to championship leader Levi Kitchen, who finished with a 6-6. The gap between the two is now just seven points.
